1. Who are you?
We are Altimus. We are an outdoor clothing and equipment stockist based in Reading, Berkshire, UK.

2. What do you sell?
We sell a wide range of products, specifically for the outdoors and outdoor activities. We sell ski gear, camping gear, hiking gear, climbing gear etc. We also sell boots and shoes. We sell from a wide range of suppliers too, such as Paramo, Montane, Spyder, Schoffel, Mountain Hardwear, Mountain Equipment, Helly Hansen, ArcTeryx, Head, Fisher, Salomon, Jack Wolfskin, Gelert, Etc.

3. What services do you offer?
As well as selling outdoor clothing and equipment we are also foot specialists. We have the latest in diagnostic technology in house that allows us to take detailed scans of feet and diagnose any problem. Not only that but we can recommend the best footwear for any ailment and even create corrective insoles (orthotics) all in house. For more information, see our 'do your feet hurt' section

4. Where are you?
Our flagship store is at 6-7 St Marys Butt, Broad Street Mall, Reading, Berkshire. Our post code is RG1 2LN. We are also online. (As you can tell.)

5. Can i buy online?
Yes. Our online shop is fully functional and will process your order. We will then dispatch the products to you directly.

6. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Unfortunately we are unable to accept those cards at this time

7. How long will my order take to be delivered?
This depends on whether we have the item in shop or whether we need to order from the supplier. The average processing time is 1-2 days and the average delivery time (from when the order was placed) is 2-3 days. We work hard to make sure you receive your goods as quickly as possible

8. How will they be delivered?
We use a courier service to deliver all our products by recorded delivery.

9. I have not received my order. what do I do now?
If you have not received your order within 10 days of purchasing then please call us on 0118 958 22 11 or email info@altimusonline.co.uk stating your order number and name.

10. It says 'allow 28 days for delivery' on your terms and conditions. Is this a normal waiting period for delivery?
No. This is just in case the unforeseen happens. Normal delivery time is between 2-5 days.

11. International orders can be placed?
Yes. But the delivery charges are higher for international orders. The charges are based on the weight of the product ordered. E-mail to info@altimusonline.co.uk or call to 0118 958 22 11 to get the charges for delivery.
